Why do I hate OTs?

Feb 28
2010

Here are the reasons why I so so so hate OTs:

Poor staffing.

Proper scheduling and perhaps additional headcount for a team/organization will avoid UNREASONABLE OTs. I hope you don’t get me wrong. Practicality speaking, OT means MONEY. But having an OT because nobody can cover a certain time frame and you’re NOT even advised is just not acceptable.

Underman.

OTs can be avoided if proper number of headcounts are met in a team/oraganization. This will minimize OT pays, stressed employees and especially PISSED-OFF employees.

Lack of communication.

Proper cascading of information to the team/organization is a MUST. Asking/texting somebody superior than you just to confirm if you need to extend because the schedule seems to be wrong is DISPLEASING. If OTs are needed, it is appropriate to inform the person ahead of time to avoid HEART ATTACK because the reason is just not acceptable. I hate surprise OTs!

I just HATE OTs…. UNREASONABLE OTs.

I  was browsing one of my friend’s facebook account and I saw a link regarding one of the Presidentiables for 2010.  Guess what? It entertains me a lot more than watching Vice Ganda’s video clips from different comedy bars and from Showtime so I tried to search more videos in youtube and so I got this. I can’t believe I’m into politics now! Eeeeew! :)

I hate BABOONS!!!

Dec 16
2009

Hi there! Well, to start with my second post, I almost got pissed off with this blogging thingy. Guess what! I am unable to login to my admin blog page.  Lovely!  Tried several times to reset, but it didn’t work.  After 10 years,  finally it did reset.  Well, for today I just wanted to share with you how I truly hate BABOONS!!! Why?? check it out…

1. They remind me of someone who doesn’t make my day right.
2. They remind me of someone who teaches you how to use google and it makes me feel stupid. –Why don’t you teach yourself google out baboons?
3. They remind me of someone who caused you a bad rating which I find unacceptable!
4. They remind me of someone who doesn’t understand your explanation. –I bet, a technical explanation will be a nightmare for her.
5. They remind me of someone who thinks she’s always right.
6. They remind me of someone who tells you how to do this and that which I find not applicable at all times.
7. They remind me of someone who tells you how to use positive scripting which is I don’t get what kind of positive scripting she’s looking for.  –We deal with foreigners most of the time, they prefer direct communication! Are you even aware of that? I guess not you’re a baboon, how can you talk?
8. They remind me of someone who asks you to wait and stay after your shift for 1 hour for her to finish her task.
9. They remind me of someone who tells you “You can ask for my help”. –Help?! come on! Haha.
10. And lastly, they remind me of HER. A colleague that puts down all your motivation and momentum at work. Most of all, they look almost the same. hehe. :)

Sounds bitter..? Nah..I’m just trying to practice the freedom of speech thru blogging.

Happy baboon hunting!!! :)
